Request an appointment or consultation
You can use our online portal system or give us a call to request an appointment or consultation.
Return Call
Within two business days, one of our clinicians will call you. During the call, you will be asked a few questions to best match you with a therapist.
Scheduled Appointment
Once matched with a therapist, you will schedule an appointment, which can be done in person or through telehealth.
