Toni Lovett is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping people navigate life's difficult seasons with compassion, understanding, and practical support. Having grown up in a military family and served as a first responder in Fire/EMS, corrections, and emergency dispatch, Toni brings a unique perspective to the clients she serves.
Outside of the office, Toni enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and baking, creating art, hunting, fishing, and cheering on her favorite baseball, softball, football, hockey, and rugby teams.
Approach
Toni believes therapy is about creating a safe space where clients feel heard and supported while learning new skills to navigate life's challenges. She understands that finding the right therapist is important, so the first session focuses on getting to know one another, discussing your goals, and determining the best path forward together.
Her counseling style is compassionate, empathetic, flexible, and tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
