Life is full of obstacles (divorce, parenting, failed relationships, etc.), and sometimes we need a trusted guide to navigate. I understand. We'll build a space for open dialogue, compassionate support, and practical tools. Whether you're a college student facing pressures, a parent seeking balance, a struggling athlete, a spouse hoping to keep your marriage together, or dealing with anxiety and depression, I'm here to serve you. I serve Kansans remotely statewide and I'm available during "non-traditional" hours (evenings, weekends, early morning). Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is my preferred approach and I've discovered most people crave someone who will listen and encourage.

With over 20 years of experience in higher education, I understand the unique challenges young adults face and the obstacles life can throw our way. Together, we will create a safe space for open dialogue, compassionate support, and practical tools to help you navigate your journey. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship issues, or seeking balance in your life, I'm here to guide every step of the way. I offer remote services to Kansans, including flexible hours to accommodate your busy schedule. Let's work together towards a brighter future.
